Twelve steps to a smooth Ontario insurance claim. We work with all insurance providers. Print it and keep it in your glovebox.
Hazards on. Call 911 if anyone's hurt or impaired, or a car can't move.
Name, phone, licence, plate, insurer and policy number. Witness contacts too.
Photos of every vehicle, plate and the scene. Don't admit fault or sign anything.
Injuries or $2,000+ combined damage: report at a Collision Reporting Centre.
Ask for the certificate and rates first. Send the car straight to us.
As soon as possible, generally within 7 days. Save your claim number.
You don't have to use the insurer's shop. Tell the adjuster it's us.
We send the adjuster our estimate and photos, and handle hidden damage.
Coverage depends on your policy. Confirm your daily limit before renting.
Set under Ontario's rules. Not at fault usually means no deductible.
Inspect the car with us, pay any deductible, keep your warranty papers.
Ask for reasons in writing, then the insurer's ombudsman, then GIO or FSRA.
We handle the tow, the adjuster and the repair, on domestic, import, hybrid, EV and exotic vehicles.
